Whitestone Consulting is founded by Ramon Müller, an experienced product leader working at the intersection of technology, product and user experience.

I support organizations and decision-makers in complex technical and regulated environments — creating clarity where priorities compete, systems collide and direction matters.

I typically work in complex technology environments such as energy systems, digital platforms and regulated infrastructure. My focus lies on product strategy, interim product leadership and decision clarity in high-stakes situations.

Selected work includes co-developing Helion ONE, an award-winning energy platform (Best of Swiss Apps 2024), and simplifying complex system landscapes — for example reducing setups from 7 tools to 3 using a “one role, one system” approach.
